this was my first BMW experience and to be honest I am shocked. It't a different world. The team was extremely helpful and friendly. I went for what I thought it's a simple cosmetic thing, but the BMW advisor (Jackie) discovered a bit more than that (potentially safety) and she advise for more investigations. She went through this case and did all by the book. Many thanks
