The professionalism, expertise, and friendliness of the staff was impressive. My sales advisor was Drew Wendle. His fund of product knowledge can only be described as encyclopedic! He was patient, friendly, and unhurried. I never felt pressured - he had the grace to allow the car to sell itself. I could not be more satisfied with my experience at BMW of Devon. I plan to purchase from them again, this time for my wife. I would recommend them to anyone.
