Friendly, but I expect more from Lexus

onI don’t have a problem with the staff other than it seems when I have an issue with my car they’re unable to do anything about it. My moonroof has been broken since I’ve had it ( bought it brand new) and they band aid it every year. Now I have a problem with my fuel gage. It sometimes gets stuck after filling the tank and reads “empty.” The response from them was that they don’t really know what they can do and I hopefully don’t get stuck in the middle of nowhere. Just seems that when you purchase a luxury car, you should get a luxury car.
