I have purchased 5 vehicles from Kendall over the last several years. Currently driving an ES as well as a GX460. I routinely bring them in to Kendall for all my servicing. My service contact, Erwin, is wonderful. They take great steps to ensure that my needs are met in a timely fashion. Their technicians are factory trained and as far as I can tell, do an outstanding job keeping both my vehicles in excellent shape. Kendall Lexus has been easy to work with and I am very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend them if you are considering a new car or for their service.
