5000-mile warranty check and maintenance

onThis was the first maintenance service on my pre-owned 2013 Lexus Rx450h and was complimentary. My only disappointment was that they die not help me with the only complaint I have with the cover of the beverage container section on the console. The lid no longer opens completely preventing me from using the beverage holders. The service person told me it was not fixable unless the entire console is removed and he did not offer to do that or even give me an estimate. This is clearly a design flaw and Lexus should step up and fix it.
