We were looking to buy new and with Steve's guidance ended up buying an IS 350 with 4300 miles and many more features than we originally had in mind. Jack, who helped us with the financing, called us week after we purchased the car and had found a lender with a lower interest rate as well as a better deal on the vehicle we traded in.
