Our experience at Kendall Lexus was exceptional, particularly our salesman Jorge. We expected to have high pressure sales but thankfully received none. Jorge helped us compare the models we were looking at, let us test drive both and stayed available to us throughout the week as we contemplated our decision. The way he handled the sale is what kept us at Kendall Lexus rather than driving to Portland as we expected. Handling the deal itself was just as stress-free. We stated where we needed to be and they made it happen. Simple as that. They even hand washed my husband's truck as we waited for paperwork! Thank you, Jorge, and all of the Kendall Lexus staff!!
