Baliegh has always taken care of my Pacifica service needs. Just completed a one in a million warranty issue , plus a scheduled service. She always goes above to communicate clearly throughout the process. No surprises. Plus a great personality. I know the service business is tough, but she makes it pleasant. Her efforts are much appreciated.
