Declining quality of work

After buying an Outback in 2003 I started using Fergsun for maintenance. for the first three years I was very satisfied, but then it started to decline in quality, finally culminating in them putting an incorrect belt on the air condioning system, which I only discovered ,after listening to a strange "squeal" for a day or two and then taking the car to a subaru dealer in Myrtle Beach. Ferguson service personnel, when told about this and seeing the old belt, which I had kept, denied it, and said the dealer in Myrtle Beach must have done it.
