I didn't feel pressured, which was one of my biggest fears about buying a car. Diana knew what my budget was, she knew what I needed and didn't try to up-sell me or insist I needed features I didn't. She allowed me to customize a few different cars with the features I felt were important. I really enjoyed my interactions there.
