My 2012 Ford Fusion was in for service. It was time for 'the works' package, and I needed the rear breaks repaired (the break pads were gone and the caliper was riding on the disk). Everyone was friendly yet professional. The service was completed many hours sooner then I had expected - I liked that. The end price was higher than some other service places I could have gone. But until the car is 'old', I like to have serve performed by the dealer to maintain warranties.
