Consistent Excellent Service & HONESTY

The service at Reineke Ford's Lima location is always excellent. Often times there have been opportunities where Reineke could have sold me something I didn't need but instead they have always been honest and it saves me money. Yesterday they could have sold me a new cabin filter, but instead they were honest and said that I had a washable type of filter, so for $20 they washed it up and solved my problem (thought I needed a new blower when I came in). Thank you for doing the right thing.
