We recently leased a Ford Escape and the experience couldn't have been better. In the past, I've dreaded having to shop for a car, because it seems to take forever. We knew what we wanted, so the sales people made every effort to accommodate us. Everyone was so helpful, from the sales people to finance, till we drove our car out the door!
