Amy Pickens of Germaine Honda is by far the best service representative in the business. She treats me like family every time I bring my car in for service. I can trust everything that she is telling me, and she always keeps me updated in real time about what’s going on with my car. She truly cares about making sure I feel totally satisfied after my car is complete. I just love her.
