Mate is the man!

While my 23 Sportage was being repaired, Mate helped me to just upgrade to the 24 model. He was very fast and also thorough, having me in a new car before the old one was repaired. Even after owning the car for more than 1 year, Mate showed me a feature that I was previously unaware of, as he is very knowledgeable. He was also very patient with me and willing to do anything I asked with a smile on his face. His overall knowledge, communication skills, and customer service style is 2nd to none.
