Spitzer Kia Cleveland

I recently bought a car through Spitzer Kia Cleveland & had to the opportunity to work with Mary. From the second I walked in, everyone was very welcoming. We were offered water, coffee & popcorn. Mary was amazing!! She was so knowledgeable & if she didn’t know the answer to our questions, she found an answer. She was very genuine & easy to work with. She made sure my experience of buying my first girl car was the best. She ensured my tires got filled with air, an alignment, gas in the tank & did a wipe down of the car before I left the lot. Since buying the car, I’ve had a few questions & again, she’s been outstanding. She has answered all my questions & even helped set up an appointment for my car to get in when it worked best for me. When I’m in the market again, I will most definitely be reaching out to Mary Hernandez!!!
