onPoor customer service. Poor communication. Chose not to have repairs done and when I picked up my vehicle it was driving worse than when I dropped it off.

Amber I'm very sorry to see this. In regards to the communication I see where Joe had reached out on 4 separate occasions between the 15th and 16th. Perhaps you did not receive his efforts and apologize as Joe typically is very well received from his customers. As far as the the brakes being seized, they would not be worse but with no work being completed, perhaps it seemed worse.
