onI made appointment for 10 am and then at the end of the day told to bring car other day and then bring car back And then told they don’t have parts for car . Why they sido told me that the first day

Sorry to see this George and certainly happy to intervene. For repairs all dealers are short on many parts. I could understand if the vehicle was in for repair. If the vehicle was in for scheduled maintenance that would be a concern. Albeit there are some maintenance parts on back order, we have over 1M in the parts department to ensure this does not happen. I would love to help however I can or at least receive some feedback so I can correct issues like this in the future and perhaps help you too George.
