I’m very unhappy with service I was given a date to drop my truck off and I did just that only to find out 2 days later it was still not even diagnosed so basically I dropped it off to sit on there lot

Very sorry to hear this. I spoke to the service manager and he said the vehicle was dropped off and we were only given one day to diagnose, not 2.
