Spitzer Kia Cleveland

We had to have our Kia Soul towed to Spitzer Kia as there was a weird banging sound coming from our passenger side tire. The Kia road side service was excellent! Even though they were busy in the service department when I got there with my Kia Soul they were able to see what had happened to my car. I had pick up an truck's old mud flap with a screw in it in my tire. As the mud flap was attached to my car's tire it was making a banging sound as it was going around & around while being stuck on the tire. So the service department changed my tire for me & order a new one. The new tire came the next day & I was called immediately upon its delivery to Spitzer. Within an hour after my arrival at Spitzer I was able to drive away with the new tire on my car & the scratches on the side of the car rubbed out & the car looking great again.
