onAfter arriving for my scheduled appointment I had to make for a recall, I waited 30 minutes to be told that parts needed to be ordered and I would be called when they came in. They knew why I was coming, the parts should have been there! Very inconvenient

We are sorry to hear about your experience and disappointment. You are 100% correct, the parts should have been here when you came in for your service appointment, unless at the 2nd visit there were "other" parts that were then discovered that needed to be ordered, in addition to your first visit's known parts.
