I used to work with Eric. It’s obvious why he is now the service manager. Casey has overseen the last few services and he is also awesome. It is a hike for me to get to BUT I absolutely do not mind. Of all the vehicles I have owned; none come close to the reception, respect and appreciation for my business then Hendrick BMW / Mini. The service dept is so thorough and transparent that I have no concerns authorizing the service recommendations. Beyond routine maintenance they are also helpful to ensure that I know the cars future needs of the vehicle. In closing I am so happy that I am looking to purchase a new one!
