I needed my new car serviced and Don Mclennan was incredible as he was very helpful, knowledgeable, confident, and so kind. It is very difficult to be in the service business right now but Don did not let that affect his attitude. I had to have a rental car for a day and he helped me through every step of the process, sent a car to pick me up from my house when my car was ready, and called me to keep me up to date with progress. He is a very hard worker and has impeccable customer service skills. People like Don are the reason I love Lia and will only buy from Lia! All of their departments have staff who truly care and work their hardest for customer benefit and convenience.
