Sales manager is insulting and lacks integrity. Despite the research I gave him with respect to the value of my trade, he tried to justify his low estimate by claiming how inflated the dealer used car market is for my vehicle manufacturer. Tried to convince me he was actually giving me more for my trade because of the sales tax savings gained by trading. How ludicrous a claim. He also tried to convince me he couldn't discount below what he stated was the invoice price, but the car was advertised at $2,000 less than that on their website. Unbelievable!
