Carlos Lopez was our service advisor. He understood our family was going on vacation and we needed tires. Carlos found us a set of tires at the dealership. We had them on our F150 and we were out the door in under three hours. Carlos kept us informed of what was going on with our vehicle. He even had the technician put on a new serpentine belt when our old one was found to have cracks He even set us up with a rebate fro our tires. We were well pleased with our experience.
