Disappointed at the end

Everything was good until the end. I was called and told my vehicle was ready to pick up but found when I got there, it wasn't ready, the windshield still needs replacing, and I get told at the last minute that I needed to add it to my insurance. This is at 4:35 pm. I was able to contact my insurance and get it done...barely. This could have been done the day before. It still took almost 2 hours of waiting after being told my vehicle was good to go...not happy at all and this is the last feeling I will walk away from when thinking about your dealership.
