Tires Replaced at Significant Savings

Needed to replace a flat tire due to screw in sidewall; shopped at Mavis, a local mechanic and went online for prices. Then called Paul Miller, talked w their parts manager who gave me a much lower tire cost, transferred my call to Service for an appointment that morning. Vanessa was my service rep; she handled everything very smoothly and with a super pleasant customer focused approach. Based on the remaining 3 original tires tread, her insight plus, a vid of their mechanic inspecting all 4 tires, I decided to buy 2 new front tires, and swap best tread on 2 remaining tires to the rear. All at over 30% less than Mavis installed. SUPER PLEASED w her handling of my problem.
