I had done my homework. Researched vehicles, test drove different vehicles and made up my mind. I knew the Forester I wanted and my price. Sharon Coppola's thoughful follow-ups, willingness to work on the deal over email and text and her no-bs approach to sales made the deal easy. She told me what she could do and she did what she said. By the time I walked into the dealership, all the lengthy parts of the transaction were done--I had 45 minutes of vehicle briefing and paperwork and was on my way. It was fantastic and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. While I wasn't at the dealership to "shop" I did take note of what a great dealership it was. Great assortment of vehicles and an very friendly sales and business staff. Definitely hit Paull Miller when you are ready for your next car.
