This is the first time in a long time that my husband didn't take the car in for it's service, so I was not sure what to expect. I was greeted with professionalism from beginning to end when I drove my car off the lot and headed home. I had a relaxing time in the waiting area watching some of my favorite shows on TV...I was there alone for a while. I was very pleased and feel confident that everything is O.K. with my Subaru.
