do not know what they are doing

onGoing on 9 months of my engine light on after $2200 for service that required a broken "wire" under the dash to be found as well as change of spark plugs, i was told to check my oil every 500 miles, and that they cannot figure out why my engine light is on except to say well it is showing a misfire code and they are going to have to take my engine apart. then they extremely low balled a trade in value when i asked about buying a new car. Never going back. Horrible experience. Heard that from many others as well after the fact.
