I gave it a 4 star review because I was happy that I didn’t need to make an appointment for just an oil change when I called. But what upset me was that although I didn’t want my car washed they did not put a seat cover or floor cover in my vehicle. So when I got the car back there were oil marks on my floor mats from the technicians shoes. I was hoping that they’d take a bit more care of a top of the line Series Gray STi. (Not bashing on the technician because I’d expect them to be dirty as that’s their job) ultimately I wish the staff who took my vehicle away put some covers down. I only know that they didn’t put anything down because I saw the service staff just enter my vehicle and drive away. In addition, and I brought it to the service writers attention I was upset that someone who was not able to drive a stick shift vehicle drove my vehicle and I heard my vehicle drive away into the shop, popping the clutch and unnecessary revving to get the vehicle into motion. And the person who took my payment - she was very kind. I didn’t catch her name.
