My experience with having service performed at Paul Miller Subaru for my 2017 Forester has always been satisfactory. They get things done without issue in a timely manner. The waiting area is ample and conducive to getting work done while you wait. Finally the staff are always professional and friendly, especially Vanessa who I appreciate for being knowledgeable and having a no-nonsense approach to dealing with people.
