I've always cringed at entering a car showroom. I hate the hype, the 'I'll have to check with my manager' jive. All of the annoying car purchase games that go on at so many car dealers. Our experience at Paul Miller was exactly the opposite -- friendly, informative, and honest. Sharon Coppola gave us a great price and explained exactly how the purchase would proceed. We elected to wait for exactly the car we wanted and no one tried to convince us to take something else. When we picked up our car, the team was VERY efficient and gave us all the information we needed about our new car. Completing the paperwork was a breeze -- again no high pressure sales for extended warranties, etc. Just the facts! It was a great experience beginning to end!
