Paul Miller Subaru

Do NOT buy a car from this dealer (Used or New). I bought a pre-owned car from them that had nothing but problems within the first 3 weeks (6 different problems to be exact). They will sell u an unsafe car and promise everything has been checked and is fine, just to get cars sold by the end of the month. The General Manager does not know the Warranty and will argue with you about what is “not covered” so you are forced to pay for repairs on a vehicle you just purchased in excess of thousands of dollars. They will tell you prices to fix your vehicle that are easily 2-3 times more than your local mechanic will. They will not have a loaner car for you to use when your car breaks. The General Manger will treat you with disrespect and blame the problems with your car on you and “your” driving (All of this while you still have temp tags). As far as I am concerned the car I bought is a Lemon and I will be getting rid of it as soon as possible. If you are expecting Quality & Professionalism, you will not find it at Paul Miller Subaru, especially from the upper management. I would recommend any other dealer in the tri-state area.
