I dislike buying new cars. It's been 12 years since my last purchase. That being said, my experience was fine. I used the Costco no haggle service. I got an excellent price on the 2015 Legacy. I didn't get a very good price on my trade-in. That is mostly my fault because I waited until the last minute to get it it appraised by the dealer. The sales person offered various services and options. When I said I wasn't interested in them, there was no pressure to buy. That is what I expect from a good sales person. If I were pressured, I would have taken my business elsewhere. They took a lot of time to explain all of the features of the new care and even set up the cell phone. I would do business with them again.
