Most of us dislike the process of buying a new car. It is contentious, stressful and you usually end up feeling worn down and taken advantage of. The opposite was true at Paul Miller Subaru. I contacted them for a specific vehicle - the 2011 Forester- and was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. I had done a lot of research and considered myself somewhat educated in the process. They seemed to appreciate that and answered all of my questions. They did not waste my time and we were able to come to a fair deal in a very reasonable amount of time. They were also very nice to my 18 year old son who was with me during the process of negotiating for and picking up the car. I would recomend this dealership in a minute and when one of my sons is looking for a car, I would feel very comfortable calling Sharon or Ron and doing business again. You get a feeling about people and these are good people..I am very happy I bought my car from Paul Miller Subaru.
