Paul Miller Subaru

Great experience buying from Sharon C. at Paul Miller Subaru. I had done a lot of research and test drove a friends 2014 Forester, when I decided to buy without visiting showrooms. I had several bad experiences via phone and internet with a few other NJ dealers. When Sharon called, she immediately gave me a very competitive price and sent me an e-mail with the breakdown of the OTD price. She was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. No hard sell/told me to think it over and call her if I was interested. I called her an hour later and we finalized the deal. She promised me when I came to pick up the car, that it would take less than an hour (I've heard that before.) She was 100% accurate. In and out of showroom in 55 minutes, of which 30 minutes was spent looking at car and programming bluetooth for phone. Met with business Mgr for less than 15 minutes. He offered me several different extended warranty packages which I declined. Again, no hard sell and a pleasure to deal with. This is what a car buying experience should be like.
