We got there for our first service. The guy outside (speaks broken English- Spanish speaking) takes my car and gives me the ticket. He tells me to sit in the waiting room. I sit there for 30 minutes and got up to inquire about the progress. They never touched my vehicle and they told me I was suppose to go to customer service. I wasted my whole 30-40 minutes doing nothing. They are not even courteous instead they started blaming me for not looking at written sign before entering the service station. I think because of the success of Honda vehicle sales, they have become so arrogant. Stay away if you can from this service station.
