Dealership Service Review
My daughter purchased a car there, whoever did the oil change didnt secure the oil lid under her car and while driving on Route 3 the lid came off, luckily she didnt get into an accident, she went to the dealer and they claim she most have hit something and were charging her $380 to replace it, i called 3 times to be transfered by a bitter old lady they have as the operator to the manager Jose Hernandez who doesnt return phone calls, whrn i called a 4th time i was transfered to the service manager Michael Deanelis who refused to take my call and kept going back and forth with the person that answers the phone , how can you run a business like this, so if you decide to go to this dealer keep in mind that after they take your money and you walk out the door you are on your own, they dont take responsibility for their lack of self ethic, and they had the nerve to offer her a free oil change if she gave a positive review
