Hamad was fantastic to work with! He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Also, he was familiar with the vehicle I was trading in, so he knew which features to explain to us in greater detail (as they were different from the versions I was used to in my "old" car). He was diligent about following up with me after the sale as well.
