DCH Paramus Honda

From the point we arrived we were greeted like part of family. Elvis the salesman was GREAT! no pressure, he showed us exactly what we were looking for and my mom who the car is for loved it and without any pressure to buy we gave Elvis our goal price and he came back with his manager Pete shook our hands and thanked us for purchasing from DCH Honda. He had to order the car because he didn’t have the color my mom wanted so we put our deposit down and 2 weeks later he called (earlier than expected)and the car was in and to come sign the papers and pickup the car, well during the 2 weeks my mom had a health issue and was in the hospital so Elvis came all the way to Bloomingdale with the papers for my mom to sign we then drove back to the dealer and the new car pulled up just as I got there, he explained all the features about the car, put the temporary plates on shook my hand and thanked me for purchasing the vehicle from his dealership DCH Honda. I drove away with a big smile and happy. The whole transaction from beginning to end was EXCELLENT! I highly recommend Elvis and DCH Honda for your next car purchase!
