DCH Paramus Honda

My husband & I had a list of SUVs to look at and did intensive research (Consumer Reports and other websites) on makes/models for our new vehicle. We decided on a Honda and then went to a dealership which did not quite meet our expectations. I looked up other Honda dealerships in the area and saw DCH Paramus...and read many of the reviews. I was sold and connected with a rep online who informed me that the dealership had the SUV that I was looking for. Unfortunately, by the time my husband and I went...the car was taken. Fortunately we sat & spoke with Manny who was great in taking us around and showing us the color that was an alternative to the color I had my heart set on. He was VERY patient and VERY knowledgeable, and helped to get us set up with reserving another car. Well...we got the car and financing. The color turned out to be even better than expected and we are very happy! Thank you Manny for your excellent customer service and for following up with us, as well, to see how things were going 👍.
