DCH Paramus Honda

Osvandy the salesperson and Jose (Chepe) the manager are the most professional people I have met when it comes to selling vehicles. They know the definition of customer service. I left from DCH Paramus Honda knowing I was taken care of. All my questions where answered with details and professionalism. After answering all my questions they made sure I understood. Most importantly no hidden fees, Which I love. With all the shortages of vehicle and high demand. It is hard to find good deals in this market right now. Let alone find a dealership that will take care of you and not try to take every dollar you have by overpricing the vehicle and on top of that hit you with unwanted hidden fees. I have been coming to DCH Paramus Honda for sometime now. I got my first Honda CRV EXL 2019 (LEASE) at DCH (with Jose and Osvandy). My CRV got flooded and in hurricane Ida. I was without a vehicle for over a month and I had to move my family from that area because I did not feel safe do to the flooding that we just experienced. I went to other Honda dealerships where they over priced vehicles and where not even close (to say the least) to the customer experience I received from Osvandy and Jose. They are a great time and DCH Honda Should have more people like them. Thank you guys for all that you do.
