After bouncing around from what felt like various car dealerships, we were grateful to find DCH Paramus Honda. Marc Garcia was super friendly, sincere, & extremely cordial. He made the overall car buying experience a pleasant one. Unlike other car dealerships(won’t disclose any names…) where salesman kept their hands in their pockets and/or didn't approach us at all; Marc genuinely approached us & helped us with all of our needs. Marc maintained the upmost professionalism & unwavering patience; even when we were uncertain of what we truly wanted. He kept his composure throughout & thoroughly laid out what our best options were. At no point did we feel pressured to make an instant decision to buy, nor uncomfortable when weighing out our options.
