Repeated phones were made to get the Title but they used COVID-19 as an excuse, NJ MVC being closed as an excuse, and I’m not being patient with the process. They had the Title in their possession since 07 Feb but couldn’t walk across the street to their admin office to get it! The buying experience was great but than the lies, laziness, and total lack of caring regarding the Title turned that sour. Shop for your Honda someplace else!
