DCH Paramus Honda

In Nov 2018 I leased a Honda Accord from DCH Honda . After 2 years I had an issue and contacted DCH honda hoping that they could help me resolve it. I was greeted by the Leasing Manager, Bill Sutera who assigned me to Maria Alcantara, a Sales Consultant to help resolve my problem. She was very courteous, understanding, professional, and let me talk through my problem without interruption. When she could not successfully resolve my issue she brought in her supervisor, Lenny Ramos. We had a very friendly conversation concerning the financial aspects of the lease and we finally reached an agreement. I just wish to express my experience with DCH Honda as very positive and would certainly recommend them to future customers.
