Waiting time and missing pieces

onThe waiting time is to long for an oil change, over 3 hours even though there are not costumers waiting and we had an appointment. The service is very slow, also multiple times they forgot to put the nuts back on the lid witch covers underneath the car after they change the oil. And when we realize after some miles run we need to fix it in the closer place so when we go back they say that we should be right back to let them know because it is not their fault if they forget to put the nuts back. It is unprofessional and causes extra expenses because they don’t take any responsibility for their forgetting.
