They made me wait 3.5 hours for a regular oil change.

onHave everything in writing! They will say anything just to make he sale! When we got this car from this dealership, the finance guy promised us a free oil change for the first one. When I talked to the service rep, he said there’s nothing on our account that says that. He checked further - the salesperson who helped us is off that day, finance guy already left the company, and the finance manager knows nothing about it. So there’s nothing we can do but pay for it. We got our previous car from Tenafly Honda and we had no problem with the free oil change/s they gave us - these was automatically applied to our account.
