Worst Customer Service. Their service department is so bad - don't have words to describe it. Staff is rude and unable to handle basic tasks. Something as simple as dropping of a car for Service took 30-45 minutes after which I aborted my attempt and went back home. I escalated to their manager but he does not care. Not sure who hired an incompetent person like him for the job. They then told me drop off the key in the service Dropbox (which they did not check till I called 5 times). My Car was not serviced and was kept overnight. I have had other issues with their service department from day 1. If you tell them there are 5 things wrong with the car - they will fix 2 issues and forget the rest. unprofessional and unreliable. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this dealership.
