Grappone Honda

I went in not exactly sure if I would be leaving with a car or not. But I was greeted very nicely by John who offered me help right away. He gave me his 5 minute speech of how they do things different at grappone and the cars I asked to look at were already waiting outside the door for me. The first car I drove I loved and ended up going home with it. The process took 4 hours total and he even stayed after close so I could leave with the car that night.
